He is survived by: his sons, Jerry Jr., Matthew, Randell and Mitchell. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and sixteen great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Valley of the Sun Mortuary & Cemetery (10940 E Chandler Heights Rd, Chandler, AZ 85248).
