He is survived by: his wife Maacha; his children, Jami (late Terrence), Teri (Todd), Lesa (Ben), Paula, Jenny (Alan) and James Jr. (Boo); his grandchildren, Katie, Ryan, Ian, Maacha, Michele, Carl, Marrisa, Malorie, Jolene, Jordan, Maddie, Rachel and Olivia; his great grandchildren, Cadence, Lily, Harper, Jackson, Lucy and Jett; and his siblings, Rosemary, Charles, Francis and Suzie.
