He was predeceased by: his parents, George E Budgett and Erminine Duffy; and his wife Dorothy Jean Vick. He is survived by: his sister Jane Thompson of Sioux Falls; his brother-in-law Thomas Vick (Anita) of San Diego; his children, Vicki Lee Dannhaus (Dale) of Las Cruces, NM, Stephen Budgett of Gilbert, AZ, Marsha Budgett of Chandler, AZ and Bill Budgett (Shelly) of Boulder City, NV.; and his grandchildren, Kaiya Kargas, Josh Dannhaus (Harriet), Amy Saucerman (Michael), Dana Exline (Parissa), Alex Budgett, Brittany Butterbaugh (Ian), Ryan Budgett and Nicole Lot (Taylor).
