He was predeceased by: his parents, John Leo Lukas and Leta Carter Lewis; and his sister Loretta. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Yvonne Whitbeck; and his daughters, Laina Torgerson and Donna St. John of Twentynine Palms. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, one great-grandchild, sister, nieces, and nephews.
