He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Eliza Lathim and Max Thomas Tait; his brother Robert Tait; and his grandson Jayden. He is survived by: his wife Lori Tait of Fredonia; his children, Derran "Hoss" Tait (Randi) of Fredonia, Brandon Tait (Summer) of Fredonia, Janna Tait (Billy Drabeck) of Ivins and Jennifer Harmon of St. George; and his siblings, Lesa Moffit (Phil), Jerry Tait (Ruth), Gordon Tait, Vern Tait, DeLene Robertson (Jim) and Randy Blanchard (Myrna). He is also survived by ten grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
