She is survived by: her children, Kris, William "Bill" (Wanda) and Mark (Moira Meadows); her grandchildren, Patrick, Brian (Deanna), David and Jennifer "Jenni"; her great grandchildren, Landon and Madison; her sisters, Helen Koshute and Mary Popelich of Windber, PA; her sister-in-law Mary Kay Pernick of Phoenix; and her siblings, George "Perk" Pernick (Mae), John "Dago" Pernick (Frances), Anne "Hunka" Raymond (Clyde), Joseph "Amos" Pernick (Stella), Margie Morgan (Jack), Stephen "Chip" Pernick and Andrew "Boots" Pernick (Mary Kay).
