She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy Watson Larter and Carl Leonard Larter; and her brother John (Lloyd). She is survived by: her husband Lloyd C. Billings; her uncle Lloyd; and her aunt Shirley.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a favorite institution of higher learning.
