He was predeceased by: his parents, Nick and Anna. He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his children, Jeffrey (Launa), Brett (Angelina) and Jennifer Hulsey (Vincent); his grandchildren, Cole, Nathan and Natalie; and his brother Nick (Charlotte) of Albuquerque, NM..

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Arizona Humane Society or to a charity of your choice in his name.
