He is survived by: his wife Shirley Faye Hoopengarner (Arnold) of McCoole; his children, Bryce Hoopengarner (Kathy) of New Creek, WV, David Hoopengarner (Dawn) of Strasburg, VA, Harold Hoopengarner, II (Lisa) of Westernport, MD, Pamela Martin (Allen) of Fountain Hills and Deborah Hoopengarner (Clayton Odum) of Maricopa, AZ.; and his brothers, Paul Hoopengarner (Cathy) of Piedmont and David Hoopengarner (Hannah) of North Carolina. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
