It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of George Chelovitz of Fountain Hills, Arizona, who passed away on August 21, 2023, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Milos Chelovitz and Josephine Chelovitz (Fihn); his wife Phyllis Mae Sondles; his sister Catherine Vance; and his nephew George Vance.
He is survived by: his brother Milo Chelovitz (Mary Lou); his nieces and nephews, Stephan Vance (Kate), Eric Chelovitz (Sheryl), Christopher Chelovitz (Annie Laurie), George Rodway (Christine Covell), Yana Dumbauld (Bradley), Jane Webb (late Bob), Karen Moore (Bob), Cyndie Wright and Jeannette Patterson (Buzz); and his friends, Tom and Kathy Idczak. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, cousins.
