He is survived by: his parents, Harvey Rubie and Juanita Rubie; his wife Peggy; his son Nick; his grandsons, Jack Rubie and Jesse Rubie of Albuquerque, NM; and his siblings, James, Steve, Janet Tranchina of Gridley, CA, Jeanne, Smith of Pacifica, CA and Diane. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Dave's Life and a time to share memories will be held on November 9, 2018 at North Chapel Bible Church, 17210 E.
