He was predeceased by: his father Norman Millett. He is survived by: his mother Kathleen Whitney (Whalen); his siblings, Angela Rouelle (Guy), Norm Millett (Amy) and James Millett (Kayla); his children, Ashley Fowler (Meg) and Thomas Millett-Whitney (Sorada); his grandsons, Caleb, Elijah and Liam; and his close friend Frances Allen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
