He is survived by: his wife Debbie Smith; his daughters, Erin Monterastelli, Kim Smith and Becca Vogel; his sons-in-law, Eric Monterastelli and Brett Vogel; his grandchildren, Ellie, Enzo Monterastelli and Logan Vogel; and his siblings, Nancy Ginter, Joann Smith and James Smith. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
