She was predeceased by: her parents, Josef Boucek and Anna Boucek; her husband John; her son John, Jr.; and her granddaughter Heidi.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Borquez (Kathy), Doreen "Peaches" Ortiz (George) and Linda Kakar; and her daughter-in-law Kristen. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; and, 2 nephews and a niece.
A rosary will be held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Parish (221 E 8th St, Florence, AZ 85132). A Mass will be held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Florence Cemetery (300 Salazar St, Florence, AZ 85132).
