She was predeceased by: her husband Oscar; her sons, Peter Martinez and Eddie Martinez; her parents, Blas Ruiz and Cuca Contreras; and her sister Dorothy Zapata.
She is survived by: her children, Olivia Padilla, Joe Martinez and Roy Martinez; and her siblings, Blas Ruiz, Jr. and Olivia Mendoza. She is also survived by 11 Grandchildren and 10 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great Great Grandchild.
