He is survived by: his father Hilton "David" Lantz of Coolidge, AZ; and his siblings, Terri Bowling (James) of Raleigh, NC, Joey Lantz (Christian) of Toledo, OH, Carryann Warren (Joe) of Berryville, VA and Alvis. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
