In the vast expanse of eternity, Christine shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Christine farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her brother Joseph J. Matis III of Fairborn, OH; her parents, Joseph J. Matis and Cecelia Piskanin-Matis; her aunt Anna M. Onkotz (Tetsi); and her sister Eileen Matis-Wong. She was also cherished by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and treasured friends.
