Keiper (Flagstaff, Arizona), born in Great Falls, Montana, who passed away on April 22, 2023, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Henry Keiper; his brother Duane Keiper; and his brother-in-law Bill Smith. He is survived by: his mother Luella Keiper; his wife Linda Keiper; his stepchildren, Julie Castillo (Jimmy), Jamie Campbell (Cole) and Micah Smith; his grandchildren, Elliott, Jordan, Neveah Castillo, Abel, Itiah and Adelaide Campbell; and his siblings, Lori Smith, Scott Keiper (Greta) and Paul Keiper (Kim). He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers Wayne wanted donations to be made to Forged Followers.
