He was predeceased by: his parents, George Johnson and Anna Johnson (Baker); his wife Vida Mae; his son Tommy Lee; his daughter-in-law Naomi Johnson; his granddaughter Sonia Hepler; and his siblings, Ted, Claude, William, Otis, Johnny, Cora (Tootis) and Geraldine.
He is survived by: his pet Sheba; his daughter Sandra Hynes; his nephew James Sellers; his grandchildren, Tammy Strickland (Don), Chad, Josh Johnson, Daniel Hynes, Victoria, Lynette Zerkle (Levi), Lance Rainwater (Sherry) and Jimma; and his great grandchildren, Dietrich, Alyssa Strickland, Rebecca Strickland, Zachius, Harley, Karley Johnson, Neveah Johnson, Joshua Zerkle, Kirsten, Reagan Rainwater, Weslyn, Eryn and Charleen Hepler.
