He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wayne Williams and Wilma LaForce; his wife Judy Manor; his sister Gayle Manor; his children, Michelle Webb (Chris) and Evan Manor; his stepsons, Jason Oster and Kristopher Oster (Amy); and his grandchildren, Nikolai, Sebastian Webb, Kaleb and Sullivan Oster.
