He is survived by: his children, Kevin Lewis (Kristin Kerr) and Melinda Lewis; his sister Patricia Rhodes; his significant other Pam Turner; and his friends, Jim, Betty Caldwell, Charlie Ruiz, Hector Leon and Rory Wilson. He is also survived by 4 grandsons, many nieces and nephews.
