She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilford Johnson and Mary Louise Johnson. She is survived by: her husband Fred; her children, Nick (Heather), Joe (Shelly) and Kris (Joy); her granddaughter Natalie (Jeremy); her great grandchild Dechlyn; and her grandchildren, Taylure, Jacob, Gunner and Zeke.
In lieu of flowers the family is asking donations be made to Sally's favorite charity in her name, St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
