He is survived by: his parents, Lara Connally of Flagstaff, AZ and Dana DeNike; his brother Kai Forst of Flagstaff, AZ; his grandparents, Kenneth DeNike of Baltimore, MD and Eugenia Horstman of Flagstaff, AZ; his aunt Helen Horstman of Flagstaff, AZ; his niece Lex Saito of Cottonwood, AZ; and his cousins, Diana Lelle (Chuck Daehler) of Flagstaff, AZ and Erica Lelle of North Carolina.
