With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patrick Whalen (Flagstaff, Arizona), born in Bloomington, Illinois, who passed away on December 30, 2019 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his brother William Whalen; his parents, Bernie Whalen and Marie Whalen; and his sister Catherine O. Elsbree (Whalen). He is survived by: his wife Gloria Jean Lutes; his children, Timothy Whalen, Jacquelyn (Whalen) of Laveaga and William Whalen; his grandchildren, Jacob Whalen, Luke Whalen, Krystina Whalen, Mollimykenna Whalen, Sarah, Timothy of Laveaga, Olivia of Laveaga, Richard Elias of Laveaga, Jude of Laveaga, Gloria Whalen and Juliana Whalen; his great grandchild Eleanor of Laveaga; his brothers, Michael B. Whalen and Thomas Whalen; his son Michael O. Whalen; and his son-in-law Richard of Laveaga.
