She was predeceased by: her parents, Aurelio Chavez and Carmen Chavez (Michael Sampson). She is survived by: her children, Tommy Hernandez and Carrie Sampson (Colin); her siblings, Molly Flores (Abel), Dennis Chavez (Cathy) and Wilfred Chavez; and her grandchildren, Christopher, Cayden, Rose and Oliver. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and godchildren.
