It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Leo Mata Salazar Jr. (Flagstaff, Arizona), born in Winslow, Arizona, who passed away on November 15, 2018, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Leo R. Salazar, Sr.; his son Milton F. Salazar; and his grandparents, Marcelino, Perfecta Salazar, Francisco and Clotilde Mata.
He is survived by: his sons, Leo G. Salazar III (Chantel), Joaquin G. Salazar and Roberto Salazar; his brothers, Francisco "Pancho" Salazar (Elena), Joe "Yogie" Salazar (Priscilla) and Raul Salazar (Barbara); and his mother Josie M. Salazar. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren as well as many uncles, aunts, other family and friends.
