He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Hoffman and Carolyn Hoffman; and his brother Michael Hoffman. He is survived by: his brother Garry Lee; his wife Lorie; his children, Shelly Hoffman, Kim Kuczynski (Bill), Corie Custer (Heath), Bree Hoffman-Hodgson (Nathan), Brandon Hoffman (Shania) and Sean Hoffman; his brother Garry Hoffman (Judy); his mother-in-law Nelda Collins; and his siblings-in-law, Gary Collins (Sharon), Gail Parsons and Susan Bjorklund (Tim). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and one great grandchild.
