He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley W. "Spoke" Prosser and Mary Eva Prosser (Wittmer); his sister Rae Natalie Prosser Goodall; and his wife Judith Prosser (Binkley). He is survived by: his children, Patrick Prosser, Teresa Lewis (Emanuel) and Lynn Prosser; his stepdaughters, Sheryl Ryan and Joanne Pelletier; and his sister Bonnie Richter (Bob). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.
