We are sad to announce that on August 24, 2019, at the age of 45, Jason Lee McCauslin (Flagstaff, Arizona), born in Omaha, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Raymond McCauslin; and his stepfather Dennis Nielsen. He is survived by: his sons, Joshua, Nathan and Bailey McCauslin; his mother Julie Nielsen; and his siblings, Clayton McCauslin and Amanda McCauslin-Leach. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Jason's memory to Coconino High School's Panther Football Club or your local Humane Society.
