He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Millam Tackitt and Helen Joanne Eyrich Tackitt. He is survived by: his wife Suzanne; and his daughters, Catie Blazek (Aaron) of Flagstaff and Kimberley Denune (Mark) of Flagstaff.
A graveside service was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 2:30 PM at the Flagstaff Citizens Cemetery (1300 S San Francisco St, Flagstaff, AZ 86001).
