She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Edwin Hyland May and Dorothy Wells Hannum; her husband Carlyle "Hap" Barnes; her siblings, Ed and Janice Splaine of Rockland, ME.; her daughter Lynne; her son-in-law Richard Leahy of Larchmont, NY; her daughter Janis; her son-in-law Richard Owens of Nedrow, NY; her son Fuller; her daughter-in-law Jan Barnes of Flagstaff, AZ; her grandchildren, Brooke Harris (Conway "Deuce"), Taylor Leahy (Jamie), Richard Leahy (Stephanie), Jillian Leahy Padilla (Gilbert), David Owens (Jean LaRoche-Owens), Arianne Dougherty (Michael), Corey Roberts (Matthew), Brenna Flynn (Ross Hardaway), McKael and Cutter Barnes; and her great grandchildren, Grey Harris, Liam, Tate Leahy, Landon, Chase Leahy, Trevor, Bronwyn, Gareth Owens, Eva, Lily, Maeve, Owen Dougherty, Lila Roberts and Leon Hardaway. She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
