He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Earl C. Slipher Sr. and Elizabeth 'Bess' Slipher; his son Les (Terri); his grandsons, Christopher (Nallely), Mark (Evelyn) and Stephen (Nicole); his great grandchildren, Sarah, Reagan, Brantley and Abigail Slipher; his wife Gloria Slipher; and his son Edwin Slipher.
