He is survived by: his wife Virginia Joe; his children, LaSandra Joe and Ceaser Polk Jr.; his grandchildren, Tiffanie, Shamar, Christopher, Tyrin, Letecia, Keontae, Isaiah and Noah; his great grandchildren, Ay'Dejzia, Zah'Quariiyah, Q'Kyxia, Zah'Naxia and Tahi'Ajzia; his great great grandchild Xxavion; and his friends, Mike Cromer (Sarah), Tom Palmer (Gretna) and Homer Townsend (Arlisa).
