She is survived by: her sister Ignacia Alvarado; and her children, Linda, Richard, Santiago and Patricia (Michael). She is also survived by nine grandchildren, several great grandchildren and three great, great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

Mom was formerly recognized for her contribution to the war effort and was an original Rosie the Riveter - she did it!
