He was predeceased by: his brothers, Ernesto Nieto and Epimenio Nieto Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Marta; and his children, Ernestine Hernandez (Chewy), Bernie Jr. (Dolores) and Dorothy Watson (James). He is also survived by five granddaughters, one grandson and eight great grandchildren.
