He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Maia and Alejandro Sr.; his wife Martha; his sister Christine; and his grandson Alex.
He is survived by: his children, DonnaLisa Arechederra (David), Alex Adrian and David Anthony; and his sisters, Beatrice Rogers, Sandra Armijo, Josephine Gonzales (Alex) and Bonnie Springborn (Steve). He is also survived by six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
