She was predeceased by: her mother Ethel Mae Williams; and her brother Terrance Silas. She is survived by: her nephew Bobby Calvin III; her children, Sirena Levingston (Arizona), Ethel Mae Smith (Texas) and Johnny Smith Jr. (Thalia) of Eloy, Arizona.; and her grandchildren, Devonce Timberman, Xaviyonce, Kleyonce and Ceionce Levingston. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
