With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roger D. Balzan in Eloy, Arizona, born in Plymouth, Wisconsin, who passed away on May 22, 2024 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Orlando J. Balzan and Hattie Balzan (Hueppchen). He is survived by: his wife Linda Lee Phipps; his children, Deberah Bergin (Larry) of Sheboygan, Pamela Petermann (John) of West Bend, Rebecca Zeeveld (Patrick) of Pleasant Prairie, WI and Russell Balzan (Kim) of Scottsdale, AZ; his sister Janet Lehrke of Cleveland; and his sisters-in-law, Mollie Bandy (Howard) of Eugene, OR and Judy Phipps of New Berlin, WI. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; One Great-grandchild, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established in Roger's name.
