He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Rice and Glenna Rice; and his brother Ronald Rice. He is survived by: his significant other Katherine Hancock; his sister Patricia Rodriguez; his children, Matthew Rice, Wesley Rice and Jessica Fuller; and his stepson Kyle Hancock. He is also survived by 15 Grandchildren, 3 Great-Grandchildren.
