She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Glenn Webb; her parents, Joy T Bays and Anna Lee Bays (Sparks); her sons, Jer, Lee Webb (Melissia) and Neal Webb; her granddaughter Krystle Lee Norton (Justin); her great grandchild Kellie Lee Nor; and her pets, Brini, Missy, Spot and Snuffy.
