He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Levy and Edith Levy (Massaro); and his sisters, Debbie Nevin (Tom) and Darlene Canavera. He is survived by: his wife Alana Levy (Livengood) of Surprise; his children, Jay Levy Jr. (Cori) of Surprise, Sharmell Skipper (Jerry) of Circle City and Angela Gonzalez (Adrian) of Surprise; his children-in-law, Sonja Waldrop of Peoria, Robert Sitka (Cortnee) and Mike Evans; and his pets, Dixie and Charlie. He is also survived by his 14 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; along with several nieces and nephews.
The family requests those who wish to express sympathy, to consider making contributions in James Levy's name to his favorite charity Wounded Warrior Project, in remembrance of his life.
