She was predeceased by: her parents, James Hext and Isabella Hext (Passolt); and her siblings, Gerald "Jerry" Hext and Arlene Koltz. She is survived by: her sons, Thomas (Kathy) and Robert Mackesy; her sister Nancy Kelley; and her grandchildren, Samantha, Damian, Sydney, Thomas and Amelia.
