He was predeceased by: his parents, James Wallace Wilkins and Genevieve Phelps Wilkins; and his daughter Rochelle Wilkins. He is survived by: his wife Kay; his sons, Wally Wilkins, Kent Wilkins and Bill Coleman; and his siblings, Stuart Wilkins, Jerry Wilkins and Charlotte Deets. He is also survived by many grandchildren, a great grandson and many nieces and nephews.
