He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Alexander Calderwood and Bessie Scoffield. He is survived by: his children, Richard Colter Calderwood (Gina), Joyce Udall Stokes (Mike), Catherine Glauser and Christine DeWitt (Lynn); his siblings, Robert Thayne Calderwood (Jessie), David George Calderwood (Della), Carmen Southernand (John) and Kayla Jane Phillips (Jim); and also Taylor. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
Dee would love it if in lieu of flowers you donated to the Missionary Fund of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. And he would remind you that if you didn't carry a pocket knife, you may as well be a girl!
