He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Hershel Leininger, III and Betty Lou Anderson; and his granddaughter Sarah Rhiann Booth. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Ann Leininger; his children, Jason Emmett Leininger, David Paul Booth, Jr., Elizabeth Lynn Leininger, Truth of Consequences and Christina Marie Leininger; and his sisters, Tammie and Brenda McGee. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
