He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Willard Jones and Edna Payne Jones; his close friend Elizabeth Ison; his wife Mabel Stratton Ison; his former wife Elizabeth; and his children, Wendell Jones, Bethleen Swapp (Jon), Marilyn Price (Lorin), Eloise Gardiner (Russell), Stanfird Jones (Charlene), Melody Richins (Russ) and Dawnell McLaws (Anthon). He was also cherished by 37 grandchildren, 110 great-grandchildren, 27 great-great-grandchildren and one 3rd great-grandchild.
