He was predeceased by: his wife Socorro Ortega; his mother Isabel Ortega of Valenzuela; and his grandson Jesús. He is survived by: his children, Jesús (Alma Delia), María, Socorro (Luis), Guadalupe (Oscar) and Francisco (Rosa María); and his grandchildren, Jannet, Eric, Sergio, Melissa, Jessica, Oscar, Vanessa, Lizette and Adrian. He is also survived by 18 great grandchildren.
A private service will be held due to COVID-19 safety precautions.
