He was predeceased by: his parents, Ramon Martinez of Agua Prieta and Cecilia Martinez; his brother Angel "Windy" Martinez; his godson Jorge Eduardo "Eddie" Ortega; his nephew Alexis A. Rodriguez; and his in-laws, David and Rosa Rodriguez.
He is survived by: his wife Rosalinda Rodriguez Martinez; his children, Claudia Martinez (Kevin) of Tucson, Ramon Martinez, Jr. of Tempe and Corina Martinez of Tucson; his grandchildren, Damion Mckenzie (Alicia), Kianna Y. Mckenzie, Kevin Jr. "KJ" Mckenzie, Aaron J. Cueto and Mark A Lopez, Jr.; his siblings, Rachel Ortega, Carmen Lopez, Grace Reckers (Steven) and Francisco "Chico" Martinez (Ana); and his siblings-in-law, Guadalupe Rodriguez, Susie Rodriguez, Francisco Rodriguez, David Rodriguez, Sergio Rodriguez, Antonio Rodriguez (Elena) and Javier Rodriguez (Kelly). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, cousins and numerous family members.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Brown Page Mortuary (910 F Ave, Douglas, AZ 85607-2001). A rosary will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Immaculate Conception Church (928 C Ave, Douglas, AZ 85607). A burial will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 12:15 PM at the Calvary Cemetery (1501 5th St, Douglas, AZ 85607).
