He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesus Perez and Socorro Perez; and his sister Cecilia "Sheila" Perez. He is survived by: his wife Luz "Luchi"; and his daughters, Veronica, Jessica and Monica.

A Celebration of Life will be held following the Mass at from 1:00 - 3:00 p. m. at the Gvenue, 900 G. Avenue, Douglas, AZ For the health and safety of everyone, we kindly ask that you wear a mask to the services.
