He is survived by: his wife Mary Elena Barrios; his children, Billy Watkins (Dorina), Joseph Watkins (Marianna), John Watkins (Elisa) and Deirdre Cristina Watkins; his grandchildren, Madeline, Madison, Ethan, Shania, Haley, Kelly, Edgardo, Luis and Maryed; and his sister-in-law Martha Barrios.
